Lisa R. Joyce represents people wrongfully injured by dangerous drugs and medical devices, with an emphasis on multidistrict litigation practice. Lisa focuses her practice on providing outstanding client service by helping clients understand and navigate the often complex and lengthy mass torts process. During her career, Lisa has investigated thousands of injury claims against the manufacturers of Yaz, Yasmin, and Ocella birth control, testosterone replacement therapy, Risperdal, IVC filters, talcum powder, Xarelto, Taxotere, hernia mesh, Roundup, transvaginal mesh, defective hip and knee replacements, Bair Hugger warming blankets, and opioid abuse. Lisa also advocates for her clients during the health care and other lien resolution process.
A 2000 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, Lisa took time away from the law while her children were young. During this time, Lisa was an active community volunteer with her children’s school, scouts, and church meal ministry.
