Lynnette Siegel

Attorney

Lynnette joined the firm in 2024 to apply her uniquely combined skills as an attorney and a registered nurse to cases involving medical issues. Lynnette received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Research College of Nursing. With years of legal experience, along with broad nursing experience ranging from school nursing to community health, as well as the hospital setting, including perioperative care, GI, med-surg, pediatrics, patient advocacy, compliance, and risk management, she brings a unique and valuable perspective to the management of medical matters.

Lynnette is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, having served overseas as a Cryptologic Linguistic Specialist. She graduated at the top of her class at the Defense Language Institute for Russian Language studies and held a Top Secret government security clearance. Prior to joining Goza & Honnold, Lynnette served as a volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corps of Kansas City, and along with hundreds of other dedicated healthcare professionals, she personally administered more than 1,000 vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also spent hundreds of hours as a volunteer at Children’s Mercy Hospital, assisting patients and families in need.

Lynnette is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, appreciating art, and challenging herself with learning languages.
